MiniConstitution Ash Mini Rugby Football Club Rules 1) The club shall be called Ash Mini Rugby Club. It shall operate as an independent section of Ash Rugby Football Club. 2) The Club shall be managed by a committee consisting of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Coaches and Co-opted members (parents). Each position is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting and one person may hold up to two posts. Three shall form a quorum. 3) The objectives of the club shall be to promote the playing of Rugby Union at Ash for the enjoyment and friendship of its members. 4) Membership shall be open to anyone of an eligible age. 5) The property of the club shall be the responsibility of the committee. 6) The Annual General Meeting shall be held each year at the end of the Season (April) seven days notice shall be given. Five shall form a quorum. 7) Honorary Life Members and Vice Presidents may be elected at the AGM. 8) The committee may expel any Member whose conduct, in their opinion, endangers the character and interests of the Club, this also includes members of their family. 9) Any member or member of their family who willfully damages or steals Club property shall be responsible for its replacement or repair, to the satisfaction of the Committee. 10) Subscriptions are normally due by the end of September each year, or on joining and will be published prior to the start of each season. 11) These rules may not be altered except at a General Meeting.
