Being part of the YRA Programme gives young people the opportunity to gain recognition for there involvement in supporting rugby, there are countless ways to get involved ,and valuable benefits, from professional skills to free stash. Anybody aged 14-24 and wants to support rugby in the local area, this can be at your club, school and uni or within your community . You can be a group of mates , or just on your own with the support of a tutor, coach, teacher or mentor. You can decide how often and for how long you can help out . It could be once a week refereeing a match or once a year helping at an event. There's a huge variety of ways to support rugby in your area from managing the clubs social media to coaching minis and juniors. The YRA programme is in partnership with vInspired, who proved the tool to set yourself a goal for the number of hours you want to complete and will help you keep track of what you have achieved. The more hours you achieve the more England Rugby give back to you. The millstones you will receive reward are; 10,30,50 and 100 hours. You will receive certifcates and exclusive Rugby stash. In addition to this Ash provide the opportunity for YRAS to complete RFU CPDs funded by the club to start there very own rugby pathway. Ash YRAs have completed CPDs such as Rugby Ready, Scrum Factory with 10 of them recently completing the RFU Level 1 Referee Course.
