Ash RFC 30th Anniversary Ball & Dinner 2026

Join us for one of the biggest nights on the Ash Rugby Football Club calendar, as we celebrate our 30th birthday in style at our Ball & Dinner.

Date: Saturday 6th June 2026

Time: 4:00pm - 11:00pm

Venue: The Guildhall, Sandwich

As it is a Ball, Dinner and Dance afternoon/evening, we require all guests to wear a suitable dress code. This will be "Black Tie / Formal Wear".

Instead of bow ties, we'd require the gentlemen to wear our clubs 30th Anniversary Tie (available from the club - contact either Sam, Neil or Swifty!).

Ticket Prices:

£60 per person for Dinner and Evening

£15 per person for Evening

Your Dinner and Evening Ticket includes:

• Welcome Drinks Reception
• 3-Course Sit-Down Dinner
• Speeches and Folklore
• Raffles and Auctions
• Late Bar & DJ

Your Evening Ticket includes:

• Drinks Voucher (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
• Late Bar & DJ

This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the season and enjoy a fantastic evening with teammates, supporters, and friends of the club. Tickets are limited and expected to sell out, so you need to ensure that you get your ticket email sent to Ash RFC!

How do I apply for Tickets?

Tickets will be allocated through a "Register of Interest Scheme", where you email through your ticket request, including how many you require with guest names. Also state if you require Dinner and Evening tickets, or just evening tickets. The deadline for ticket applications is Friday 3rd April, if you miss out, you miss out!

The week commencing Monday 6th April, you’ll be contacted to say if you were successful or not for your ticket request. You will be expected to pay the ticket prices within a 2 week window. If you miss the payment, your tickets may be given to another member of the club.
