Membership

Membership subscriptions are due by the end of September each year for existing members. Later payments can be arranged, but please contact either your coach or the membership secretary for more information about later payments.

Only fully paid-up Members of the Club will be eligible for selection to play Ash Rugby Football Club, as Members only will be covered by insurance.

There is an 'early bird' option of payment where there is a discount on memberships for players of all ages. For junior and minis, this is available for September 2025. For seniors, this is available in July & August 2025.

A social membership is being launched for the 2025/2026 season, with non-playing members being able to be a member of the club, get a 30th Anniversary tie and have access to events and ticket opportunities throughout the club.

Membership Options:

• Seniors - Full Membership = £150 per year (£125 early bird option).
• Seniors - Match Fees - Seniors = £10 per game, paid at the game.
• Seniors - Pay as you Play = Extra £10 per game played with match fee*.
• Juniors - Membership Fees = £100 per year (£90 early bird option) (50% off per additional sibling).

* Social Membership required for Pay as you Play membership to be valid.

• Social Membership = £20 per year.
